Kelvin is a serial entrepreneur, who has founded two successful companies: OpenSurvey and the unicorn Korea Credit Data (KCD). He has successfully exited OpenSurvey and founded KCD, a super app which serves almost all of the SMEs in Korea. KCD has attracted over $230 million in funding from Temasek, Morgan Stanley, and others, alongside strategic investments from industry leaders such as Fiserv, Kakao, and LG. Valued at $1 billion, KCD stands among Korea’s elite unicorn companies.
He is also the Financial Policy Council Advisor of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea, and the Policy Advisor for Korea Federation of Credit Guarantee Foundations. Kelvin, recognized as an inaugural member of Forbes Asia's 30 Under 30 in 2016, holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Yonsei University.
