What if the most important conversations at Davos didn’t begin with strategy — but with presence and alignment?

For the second consecutive year, Social Innovation Park (SIP) and Unicorns for Good (UFG) are proud to have co-hosted the J-Hub | Nexus of Mindful Leaders — a sanctuary for clarity, alignment, and authentic collaboration amid the intensity of Davos week.

Founded on a vision by Hon. Penny Low — SIP Founder, Davos veteran and founding member of the WEF Young Global Leaders — J-Hub emerged from a simple realization after more than two decades at Davos:

Meetings alone do not change the world.Clear minds, aligned purpose and trusted collaborations are urgently needed to move the needle. To this end, we curated a safe sanctuary with 16 experiential Mindful Leadership events, bringing together cross-sector leaders, investors, family offices, technologists, and changemakers committed to shaping the future with both intelligence and consciousness.

  • Morning Grounding — Each day began with meditation and grounding practices, shifting leaders from pressure to presence.

  • Genuine Dialogue — Every panel opened with a guided grounding led by Elisabetta Jiang and our facilitators — deepening presence, authentic connections and genuine dialogue.

  • Authentic Exchange — By quieting the noise first, dialogue moved beyond positioning toward genuine exchange and partnership.

Some Programme Highlights

  • Human-First, AI-Powered: Designing futures where people and intelligent systems flourish together.

  • The Science of Mindfulness: Rethinking leadership, wellbeing, and human potential.

A meaningful milestone was hosting the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders’ 22nd Anniversary and Milestones Celebration, in the presence of Ida Jeng Christensen, Head of the Forum of Young Global Leaders (YGL) at the World Economic Forum (WEF)  — YGLs shared inspiring milestones and we celebrated over two decades of collective impact.

With Heartfelt Gratitude

Kindred souls find one another when paths converge toward a common goal. We are deeply grateful to our incredible team and partners for joining hands to co-create a more inclusive, sustainable and mindful world.

When leaders pause, align, and connect from presence:

Stronger partnerships are formed — for People, Planet and Prosperity.
