The Mindful Living Programme, designed by Social Innovation Park, seeks to strike a balance in mental and physical well-being through the synergistic combination of yoga and mindfulness practices. Both practices, often seen as complementary, emphasis on self-awareness and attention of the body and mind.
The programme will help participants lay the foundations to adopt positive coping techniques and attitudinal shifts towards daily stressors, by learning about the mindfulness meditation practice and yoga techniques that can be easily practised and adopted into daily lives.
