It’s called ‘social enterprise’, a term that conjures up both capitalism and socialism, not to mention vague reminiscences of the Star Trek mothership. That’s the kind of free thought association that practitioners of social enterprise wouldn’t mind, for they also value innovation and the exchange of ideas.
