What is this about?
‘Mindful Parenting’ is a fresh parenting approach to nurture your emotional well-being and to strengthen your relationship with your child. It is a 2 hours workshop, inclusive of 1 hour of equipping and training by our trainer & 1 hour of interactive and hands-on mindful learning experience for parents.

Being fully present with our child can be a challenge in today’s digital age. As parents, our attention may be torn between our work, various commitments, mobile phones and other technological devices. Mindful parenting aims to improve every moment you spend with your child. You will also be equipped with useful tools that can be personalized to your parenting styles.
